摘要
教育家精神是一代代教育家在育人实践中总结和提炼出的人文精髓,涵盖理想、道德、职业、实践、情感和文化等多个维度,对建设新时代高素质思政课教师队伍具有重要的指导意义。教育家精神融入思政课教师队伍建设,是服务教育强国战略的内在要求,是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,是促进思政课提质增效的现实要求,也是提升思政课教师素质能力的应有之义。教育家精神融入思政课教师队伍的建设路径应包括:坚持党的领导、优化队伍素养、弘扬实践精神、夯实道德品格等。
The spirit of educationalists is the humanistic essence that has been summarized and refined by generations of educationalists in their educational practice,covering dimensions such as ideals,morality,profession,practice,emotions,and culture.It has important guiding significance for building a high-quality thought political education teacher team in the new era.The integration of educationalist spirit into the construction of ideological and political education teacher team is an inherent requirement for serving the education strong country strategy,a necessary requirement for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with integrity,and a practical requirement for promoting the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education.It is also an inherent requirement for improving the quality and ability of ideological and political education teachers.Therefore,in the context of building an educational powerhouse,the integration of the spirit of educationalists into the construction of the ideological and political education teacher team should focus on persistently exerting efforts in adhering to Party leadership,strengthening the team's quality,advocating practical spirit,and solidifying moral character,thus helping the construction of the ideological and political education teacher team achieve high-quality development.
