摘要
本文通过对教育家精神的内涵进行全面阐述,找出辅导员心理健康教育工作能力提升的策略,从而有效提高辅导员的工作水平。辅导员要理解掌握教育家精神六大内涵,坚定理想信念,强化政治理论学习;坚守道德情操与仁爱之心,提升心理素质与职业素养;坚持育人智慧与躬耕态度,正确认识,加强学习,创新方法,完善制度;坚信弘道追求,加强家校合作与社会支持等,为学生的心理健康成长提供有力保障。
By comprehensively elaborating the connotation of the spirit of educators,this paper finds out the strategies to improve the ability of counselors in mental health education,so as to effectively improve their work level.Counselors should understand the six connotations of the spirit of educators,firm ideals and strengthen political theory learning;adhere to the moral sentiment and benevolence,improve the psychological quality and professionalism;adhere to the wisdom of educating people and the attitude of cultivation and correct understanding,strengthen learning,innovate methods,and improve the system;firmly believe in the global vision to develop virtues,strengthen home-school cooperation and social support,etc.,so as to provide a strong guarantee for students'mental health development.
