环氧乙烷/CO_(2)合成碳酸乙烯酯的新工艺研究

摘要 为合理利用二氧化碳资源,发展碳酸乙烯酯合成工艺,本试验在环氧乙烷与二氧化碳合成碳酸乙烯酯的工艺基础上,以六水硝酸铈为活性组分、碳酸钡为载体制备一种复合催化剂,然后研究反应温度、压力、时间及催化剂用量对碳酸乙烯酯合成工艺的影响,并考察该催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,在反应温度135℃、压力3.0 MPa、时间4 h、催化剂添加量7.5%的优化条件下,碳酸乙烯酯产率达到96.7%,环氧乙烷转化率为85.1%。并且,当循环使用次数为6次时,碳酸乙烯酯产率仍保持90.8%,催化剂的稳定性良好。综上,这种碳酸乙烯酯合成工艺体系的工艺条件温和且高效,可为碳酸乙烯酯的工业化生产提供参考,对实现二氧化碳的资源化利用具有重要价值。 In order to make rational use of carbon dioxide resources and develop the synthesis process of ethylene carbonate,based on the synthesis process of ethylene carbonate from ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide,a compos⁃ite catalyst was prepared with cerium nitrate hexahydrate as the active component and barium carbonate as the carri⁃er.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,time and catalyst dosage on the synthesis process of ethylene car⁃bonate were studied,and the stability of the catalyst was investigated.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of reaction temperature 135℃,pressure 3.0 MPa,time 4 h and catalyst dosage 7.5%,the yield of ethyl⁃ene carbonate reached 96.7%and the conversion of ethylene oxide was 85.1%.Moreover,when the number of cy⁃cles is 6 times,the yield of ethylene carbonate still remains 90.8%,and the stability of the catalyst is good.In sum⁃mary,the process conditions of this ethylene carbonate synthesis process system are mild and efficient,which can provide a reference for the industrial production of ethylene carbonate and is of great value for realizing the resource utilization of carbon dioxide.
