摘要
通过模板法合成核壳结构的Ni@MTS-9催化剂,并将该催化剂用于二氧化碳甲烷重整反应,评价其催化性能.通过透射电镜、氮气吸附脱附、X射线衍射和电子衍射等表征技术研究催化剂结构.结果表明复合材料的壳能显著提高催化剂的性能,核壳结构的催化剂能有效抑制纳米镍颗粒的团聚,从而提高催化剂寿命.
The core-shell structured Ni@MTS-9 catalyst was synthesized by a template method,and the catalyst was used in the carbon dioxide methane reforming reaction.Its catalytic performance was evaluated.The structure of the catalyst was studied by transmission electron microscopy,nitrogen adsorption desorption,X-ray diffraction,and electron diffraction spectrum.The results show that the composite shell can significantly improve the performance of the catalyst,and the core-shell structured catalyst can effectively inhibit the agglomeration of nano-scale nickel particles,thus increasing the catalyst life.
