Improved synthetic Procedure of Vinylene Carbonate

摘要 对碳酸亚乙烯酯合成的现有工艺进行了改进:氯化反应在55℃,四氯化碳作溶剂下进行;消除反应则以乙酸乙酯作溶剂,50℃氮气保护下进行。反应时间由原来的63 h缩短到9 h,将两步总收率提高了22.7%。用该工艺已为客户提供20 kg合格样品。 To improve the synthetic procedure of vinylene carbonate, chlorination was carried out in CC14 at 55 ℃ and the elimination reaction was carried out in ethyl acetate under nitrogen atmosphere at 50 ℃. Thus the reaction time was shortened from 63 h to 9 h,and the total yield was raised by 22.7%. With this procedure 20 kg qualified sample have been offered to the customers.
