摘要
随着锂电产业的快速发展,电解液作为锂离子电池的“血液”,决定锂离子电池综合性能,主要由锂盐、溶剂、添加剂三部分的构成,电解液所需的溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯和碳酸甲乙酯的混合体系,其中碳酸乙烯酯作为电解液的关键材料备受科研人员的关注。目前,合成碳酸乙烯酯的主要工艺路线有石化路线的二氧化碳环加成法和煤化工路线的尿素醇解法两种,本文对不同制备工艺的研究进展、工艺路线的对比、市场预测分析和在研技术研究情况等方面进行了重点阐述。该产品制备工艺的革新对新能源产业发展和绿色化工转型具有重要意义,另文中也提出未来该技术研发需要重点关注的方向。
With the rapid development of the lithium battery industry,the electrolyte,as the"blood"of lithium-ion batteries,determines the comprehensive performance of lithium-ion batteries.It is mainly composed of three parts:lithium salt,solvent and additives.The solvent required for the electrolyte is a mixed system of ethylene carbonate,propylene carbonate,dimethyl carbonate,diethyl carbonate and methyl ethyl carbonate.Among them,ethylene carbonate,as a key material for the electrolyte,has attracted the attention of researchers.At present,the main synthetic routes of ethylene carbonate are CO_(2) cycloaddition with epoxide in petrochemical route and urea alcoholysis in coal chemical route.The research progress on different production method,the comparison of process routes,the market prediction analysis and the research progress on the technologies under development were emphatically discussed.The innovation of the preparation process of this product was of great significance for the development of the new energy industry and the transformation of green chemical industry.The directions that needed to be focused on in the future research and development of this technology were also proposed.
