摘要
针对传统医用导管抗菌性能和润滑性能差的问题,通过导管表面形成均匀的水凝胶涂层,制备出一种抗菌润滑中心静脉置管导管。试验首先对抗菌润滑中心静脉置管导管的性能进行分析,然后将该导管用于临床,确定抗菌润滑中心静脉置管导管的临床应用效果。试验结果表明,经过100次直线循环摩擦后,抗菌润滑中心静脉置管导管摩擦系数稳定在0.2,水凝胶涂层在30 min左右就基本达到了溶胀平衡,且溶胀率控制在12%左右。L929细胞活力约为89%,溶血率低于2%,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率超过98%。将其用于临床,能有效降低导管相关性感染发生率和PICC并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。
Aiming at the problem of poor antibacterial and lubricating properties of traditional medical catheters,an antibacterial and lubricating central venous catheter was prepared by forming a uniform hydrogel coating on the surface of the catheter.Firstly,the performance of the antibacterial lubricating central venous catheter was ana⁃lyzed,and then the catheter was used in clinical practice to determine the clinical application effect of the antibacte⁃rial lubricating central venous catheter.The results showed that the friction coefficient of the antibacterial lubricat⁃ing central venous catheter was stable at 0.2 after 100 times of linear cycle friction,and the hydrogel coating basical⁃ly reached the swelling balance in about 30 min,and the swelling rate was controlled at about 12%.The viability of L929 cells was about 89%,the hemolysis rate was less than 2%,and the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was more than 98%.Applying it to clinical practice can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter-related infection and PICC complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
