摘要
为提高导尿管的临床应用效果,制备了一种含银离子的水凝胶涂层,并研究这种涂层材料的性能和临床护理效果。结果表明,该水凝胶涂层材料6 h失水率不超过20%,在短时间内有着较好的保水性;材料50次循环摩擦的平均摩擦系数为0.1216,对比不含涂层的聚氯乙烯导尿管降低88%,润滑性良好;制备的水凝胶涂层材料有着良好的抗菌性能和生物相容性。另外,在临床护理应用中,使用含水凝胶涂层聚氯乙烯导尿管的ICU患者尿路感染发生率降低,疼痛现象良好,均优于对照组。
In order to improve the clinical application effect of urinary catheters,a hydrogel coating containing silver ions was prepared,and the performance and clinical care effect of this coating material were studied.The results showed that the water loss rate of the hydrogel coating material was not more than 20%in 6 h,and it had good water retention in a short time.The average friction coefficient of the material for 50 cycles of friction was 0.1216,which was 88%lower than that of the uncoated PVC catheter,and the lubricity was good.The prepared hydrogel coating materials had good antimicrobial properties and biocompatibility.In addition,in clinical nursing applications,ICU patients with hydrogel-coated PVC catheters had a lower incidence of urinary tract infection and better pain,all of which were better than those in the control group.
