摘要
城市综合地下管线会受到邻近密集管线的持续性扰动,导致静态测量方式难以获取精准的测量结果,为此本文提出了一种新的基于声发射信号的城市综合地下管线多参数测量方法。根据城市综合地下管线的分布情况确定声信号的发射位置。在发射位置上安装发射器设备,采集地下管线声发射反馈信号,提取声压、频率、波长、声强等地下管线声发射信号特征,并根据声发射信号特征与参数之间的关系,得出管线位置参数、埋深参数、管道流速参数、破损程度参数等多参数测量结果。实验结果表明,与传统测量方法相比,设计方法得出的管线埋深和流速参数测量误差分别减小0.25 m和0.30 m/s,同时能够实现对城市综合地下管线测量范围的完全覆盖,实际应用效果好。
Urban comprehensive underground pipelines are constantly disturbed by adjacent dense pipelines,making it diffi⁃cult to obtain accurate measurement results through static measurement methods.Therefore,a new multi-parameter measure⁃ment method for urban comprehensive underground pipelines based on acoustic emission signals was proposed.The emission location of acoustical signals was determined based on the distribution of urban comprehensive underground pipelines.Trans⁃mitter equipment was installed at the emission location to collect acoustic emission feedback signals from underground pipe⁃lines,extract acoustic emission signal characteristics of underground pipelines such as sound pressure,frequency,wave⁃length,and sound intensity,and obtain multi-parameter measurement results such as pipeline position,burial depth,pipe⁃line flow velocity,and damage degree based on the relationship between acoustic emission signal characteristics and param⁃eters.The experimental results show that compared with those by traditional measurement methods,the measurement errors of pipeline burial depth and flow velocity obtained by the design method are reduced by 0.25 m/s and 0.30 m/s,respec⁃tively.At the same time,it can completely cover the measurement range of urban comprehensive underground pipelines,and the practical application effect is good.
