摘要
本文提出一种基于点云的转辙机缺口检测方法,即利用深度相机获取高精度点云数据,通过直通滤波、离群点去除以及体素下采样等预处理方法提高数据质量,再结合法向量计算、曲率分析和边缘点拟合等技术,实现缺口尺寸的精确测量。研究结果表明,该方法在精度和稳定性方面优于传统测量方法,具有较高的工程应用价值。
This paper proposes a point cloud-based method for detecting switch machine notches,utilizing a depth camera to acquire high-precision point cloud data.Data quality is enhanced through preprocessing techniques such as pass-through filtering,outlier removal,and voxel downsampling.By integrating normal vector calculation,curvature analysis,and edge point fitting,precise measurement of notch dimensions is achieved.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms traditional measurement approaches in terms of accuracy and stability,showcasing significant potential for engineering applications.
