钻杆接头内螺纹多参数测量方法研究

摘要 针对传统钻杆接头螺纹检验方法存在的测量效率低、精度不足及依赖人工操作等问题,提出一种基于光谱共焦原理的大锥度内螺纹轮廓扫描测量方法。通过构建螺纹轴线空间定位模型,采用4条母线扫描法确定螺纹轴线位置,结合坐标变换重构轴截面轮廓。利用光谱共焦传感器采集螺纹轮廓数据,开发基于螺纹曲线数学模型匹配的去噪算法,剔除异常数据点,并采用最小二乘法对去噪后的数据进行拟合,实现螺纹参数的高精度计算。实验验证表明,该测量系统对REG2 7/8螺纹的重复测量精度小于0.01 mm,与接触式螺纹测量机相比,测量精度达到±0.02 mm。该研究解决了企业实现参数化、自动化检测钻杆接头螺纹参数的需求,为钻杆接头智能化生产提供了可靠的质量数据源,具有一定的应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of low measurement efficiency,insufficient accuracy,and dependence on manual operation in traditional drill pipe joint thread inspection methods,a large taper internal thread contour scanning measurement method based on spectral confocal principle was proposed.By constructing a spatial positioning model for the threaded axis,the position of the threaded axis was determined using the four-generatrix scanning method,and the axis cross-sectional contour was reconstructed by combining coordinate transformation.Using a spectral confocal sensor to collect thread contour data,developed a denoising algorithm based on mathematical model matching of thread curves,removed abnormal data points,and used the least squares method to fit the denoised data,achieving high-precision calculation of thread parameters.Experimental verification shows that this measurement system has a repeated measurement accuracy of less than 0.01 mm for REG27/8 thread,and compared with contact thread measuring machine,the measurement accuracy reaches±0.02 mm.This study solves the needs of enterprises to achieve parameterized and automated detection of drill pipe joint thread parameters,providing a reliable quality data source for intelligent production of drill pipe joint and having certain application value.
