摘要
手术室骨科植入物耗材的管理正处于从粗放式向智能化转型的关键时期。本研究探讨国内近年来骨科植入物耗材智能化管理的研究热点和趋势,并结合实际提出智能化发展建议。基于CiteSpace对2005年~2025年中国知网、万方数据库中筛选出的275篇核心文献进行可视化分析,系统揭示了国内该领域的研究热点演进规律与知识图谱特征。研究中发现,热点集中于“射频识别技术、物联网、智能仓储”等技术应用智能化转型。然而,研究网络存在结构性缺陷,且政策响应滞后,需突破技术协同与政策壁垒,推动智能化技术应用。进一步推动“技术+制度”双轮驱动,构建符合实际的创伤骨科植入物耗材管理模式。研究结果为医院智慧骨科物流系统建设提供了理论依据与实践参考。
The management of orthopedic implant materials in operating rooms is currently at a critical stage of transitioning from a rudimentary to an intelligent approach.This study explores the research hotspots and trends in the intelligent management of orthopedic implant materials in China over the past years and proposes practical suggestions for intelligent development.Based on CiteSpace,a visual analysis was conducted on 275 core articles selected from CNKI and WanFang databases between 2005 and 2025.This analysis systematically revealed the evolving patterns of research hotspots and the characteristics of the knowledge map in this field in China.The findings indicate that the research hotspots from 2005 to 2025 have primarily focused on the application of intelligent technologies such as“RFID technology”,“Internet of Things”,and“intelligent warehousing”.However,the research network exhibits structural deficiencies,with a notable lag in policy responsiveness.To advance intelligent management,it is essential to overcome technical collaboration barriers and policy constraints.A practical management model for trauma orthopedic implant materials should be promoted,integrating both technological innovation and institutional reform.The research results provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of intelligent orthopedic logistics system in hospitals.
