摘要
目的:设计并实现一种智能药品管理系统,以提高血液透析中心药品管理的效率和安全性,保障患者用药安全并提升护理服务质量。方法:设计了一种集成智能药柜、射频识别技术和条形码扫描的药品管理系统,实时监控药品库存、自动化药品分配和有效期管理,并与血液透析管理系统和医院信息系统实现数据共享。结果:实施智能药品管理系统后,标签不清、药品破损、药品过期、未携带药品等药品不合格率明显低于实施前(P<0.001);患者护理服务满意度明显提高(P<0.001)。结论:智能药品管理系统有效提高了药品管理的准确性与安全性,减少了用药错误,提升了患者护理服务满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective Design and implement an intelligent pharmaceutical management system to improve the efficiency and safety of drug management in hemodialysis centers,ensuring medication safety for patients and enhancing the quality of nursing services.Methods An integrated pharmaceutical management system was designed,incorporating smart drug cabinets,RFID technology,and barcode scanning.The system enables real-time monitoring of drug inventory,automated drug distribution,and expiration management,while achieving data sharing with the hemodialysis management system and hospital information system.Results After implementing the intelligent pharmaceutical management system,the incidence of drug quality issues such as illegible labels,damaged drugs,expired drugs,and missing medications was significantly reduced compared to pre-implementation(P<0.001).Additionally,patient satisfaction with nursing services was significantly improved(P<0.001).Conclusion The intelligent pharmaceutical management system effectively enhanced the accuracy and safety of drug management,reduced medication errors,and improved patient satisfaction with nursing services,demonstrating high clinical application value.
