摘要
针对集中带量采购背景下骨科跟台类耗材管理中存在的基础数据维护困难、管理效率低、供应商积极性下降、协议量难完成等问题,分析了集中带量采购后骨科跟台类耗材管理难点,并针对性地提出批量数据管理、套包管理、供应商评价管理及耗材使用管理等优化措施。结果表明,通过以上优化措施,骨科跟台类耗材实现采购、验收、使用及追溯等全流程精细化管理,提升了管理效能,规范了供应商管理,提高了耗材协议量完成率。
In response to the difficulties in maintaining basic data,low management efficiency,decreased supplier enthusiasm,and difficulty in completing centralized procurement agreements in the management of orthopedic medical consumables involving external technicians under the background of centralized volume procurement,this paper analyzes the management difficulties of orthopedic consumables after centralized procurement,and proposes targeted optimization measures such as batch data management,package management mode,supplier evaluation management,and centralized procurement consumables usage management.The results indicate that through the above optimization measures,the refined management of the entire process of orthopedic consumables procurement,acceptance,use,and traceability registration has been standardized,improving management efficiency,standardizing supplier management,and increasing the completion rate of centralized procurement consumables agreements.
