摘要
产教融合是高校提高人才培养质量的重要途径。西北工业大学通过与行业重点研究院所、企业紧密合作,建立三方参与的产教融合共同体,以人才培养为主线,以共建符合专业特色的多个项目式学习社区为依托,从专业课程体系优化、实践教学体系重构和教学质量保障体系构建等方面开展了“一线、多区、三方共建”的电子信息类专业产教融合模式改革,对研究型大学人才培养具有一定的参考价值。
The integration of industry and education is an important way for universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.A tripartite community with production-education integration is established by Northwestern Polytechnical University through close cooperation with key research institutes and enterprises in the industry.Taking talent cultivation as the main line and building multiple project-based learning communities that are in line with professional characteristics as the basis,the reform of production-education integration mode for electronic information majors named after"A main line,Multiple communities,and Three parties joint construction"is carried out from the aspects of optimizing the professional curriculum system,reconstructing the practical teaching system,and constructing the teaching quality assurance system.This reform has certain reference value for the talent cultivation in research-oriented universities.
