摘要
数字素养概念的厘清是数字素养理论阐释与实践推进的前提。回溯概念流变的轨迹,由于数字素养概念的多意性指向,国外研究者对其进行了多角度理解与多维度架构,数字素养的内涵经历了由技术应用能力的工具性存在到多维品质的复杂性集合的变化,其外延经历了由技术人员到普通大众、由物化技术的使用到生存状态的关注等方面的发展。立足概念的进化与概念的前提假设来审思数字素养概念,数字素养是一种面向人类数字化生存状态进行时代形塑的类概念,其潜藏的前提假设蕴含着深刻的教育学意义,其中,数字素养与教育之间天然地存在着双向互动与共生共存的深层内在关联。未来数字素养概念将更加强调正义在场、批判审视与教育推进,即着眼于数字公民的共同利益以彰显数字正义、强调超越工具性存在的批判性思维品格建构以及构建面向数字化生存的大数字素养教育格局。
The clarification of the concept of digital literacy is the prerequisite for the theoretical interpretation and practical promotion of digital literacy.Looking back on the evolution of the concept of digital literacy,foreign researchers have multiple perspectives on this concept.In the historical evolution of the concept,the connotation of digital literacy has undergone a transformation from the instrumental existence of technological application ability to the complex set of multidimensional qualities.The extension of digital literacy has experienced the development from technical personnel to the general public,from the use of materialized technology to the concern of survival status.Considering the concept of digital literacy based on the evolution of concepts and the prerequisites of concepts,digital literacy is a kind of concept shaped by the era for the digital living state of human beings,and its underlying prerequisites contain profound pedagogical significance.That means,there is a deep inherent relationship of two-way interaction and symbiotic coexistence between digital literacy and education.In the future,the concept of digital literacy will put more emphasis on the presence of justice,critical review and education promotion,which means that digital literacy should focus on the common interests of digital citizens to highlight digital justice,emphasize the construction of critical thinking character beyond instrumental existence,and build a large digital literacy education pattern for digital survival.
