褐藻寡糖对仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及肠道功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of brown algae oligosaccharides on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal function of piglets

摘要 试验旨在探究不同水平的褐藻寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及肠道功能的影响。选择200头21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、400和800 mg/kg的褐藻寡糖。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,添加400和800 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高仔猪末重、平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低腹泻率和料重比(P<0.05);添加400 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高簇分化抗原4和免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.05);添加200和400 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高簇分化抗原8含量(P<0.05);添加400和800 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高脾脏指数(P<0.05),添加400 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高下颌淋巴结指数(P<0.05);添加400和800 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著降低白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量(P<0.05),显著提高转化生长因子-β和白细胞介素-10含量(P<0.05);添加400和800 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著提高空肠绒毛高度和绒隐比(P<0.05),显著降低内毒素含量(P<0.05),添加400 mg/kg褐藻寡糖可以显著降低D-乳酸含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加400 mg/kg的褐藻寡糖在改善断奶仔猪生长性能、增强免疫力及促进肠道健康方面效果较好。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of brown algae oligosaccharides on the growth performance,immune function,and intestinal function of weaned piglets.A total of 21-day-old weaned piglets were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates per group,and 10 piglets per replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,while the experimental groups added 200,400 and 800 mg/kg of brown algae oligosaccharides in the basic diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,adding 400 and 800 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly increase the final weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the diarrhea rate and feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).Adding 400 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly increase the content of cluster differentiation antigen 4 and immunoglobulin M(P<0.05).Adding 200 and 400 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly increase cluster differentiation antigen 8(P<0.05).Adding 400 and 800 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides to the feed could significantly increase the spleen index(P<0.05),and adding 400 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly increase the mandibular lymph node index(P<0.05).Adding 400 and 800 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides to the feed could significantly reduce the contents of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(P<0.05),and significantly increase the content of transforming growth factor-βand interleukin-10(P<0.05).Adding 400 and 800 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly increase the height of jejunal villi and villus to crypt ratio(P<0.05).Adding 400 and 800 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly reduce the content of endotoxin(P<0.05),adding 400 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides could significantly reduce the content of D-lactic acid(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 400 mg/kg brown algae oligosaccharides to the diet has a better effect on improving the growth performance,enhancing immunity and promoting intestinal health of weaned piglets.
