甘露寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)生长、肠道结构和非特异性免疫的影响 被引量:50

摘要 进行2个试验考察饲料中添加甘露寡糖对奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)生长、肠道结构功能和血清非特异性免疫的影响.在基础饲料中分别添加0.00%(对照组)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%甘露寡糖,饲养平均初重(1.00±0.04)g的奥尼罗非鱼8周(试验Ⅰ),或饲养平均初重(20.04±0.13)g的奥尼罗非鱼30d(试验Ⅱ).结果表明,在2个试验中0.50%、0.75%甘露寡糖组均显著提高鱼体增重率,降低饲料系数(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ中,0.25%、0.50%、0.75%甘露寡糖组均显著提高小肠绒毛高度、宽度、密度,降低肠壁厚度,提高胃、肠蛋白酶活性和干物质消化率,提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05),但对小肠绒毛杯状细胞数量无显著影响(P>0.05).上述研究表明,饲料中添加0.50%~0.75%甘露寡糖可显著提高罗非鱼生长性能,改善肠道结构功能,提高营养物质消化率和机体非特异性免疫功能.奥尼罗非鱼饲料中的甘露寡糖适宜添加量推荐为0.50%. Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of adding mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) in diets on growth performance, intestinal structure and serum nonspecific immune index of tilapia, Oreochrornis niloticus X O. aureus. Diets containing MOS 0.00% (control group), 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75% were fed to tilapia with initial bodyweight of (1.00±0.04) g for 8 weeks(exp. Ⅰ), or fed to tilapia with initial bodyweight of (20.04±0.13) g for 30 days(exp.Ⅱ). In both trials, growth rates of 0. 50% , 0.75% MOS group were significantly increased and feed conversion rate(FCR) was decreased compared with control group (P〈 0.05). In exp. Ⅱ, the height, width and density of intestinal villi, protease activities of intestine and stomach, dry matter digestibility, activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were significantly increased and intestinal wall thickness was significantly reduced by adding 0. 25%, 0. 50% and 0. 75% MOS compared with control group(P〈0.05). There was no difference in the number of goblet cells in intestinal villi among the four groups(P〉0.05). Results above showed that proper level of MOS in diets could improve growth performance and intestinal structure of tilapia, increase nutrient digestibility and serum nonspecific immune function. The MOS supplement in diets is suggested to be 0. 50% for young tilapia.
