摘要
文章旨在探讨日粮中补充不同剂量苜蓿多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白质水平及肠道屏障关键基因表达的作用,为其作为绿色饲料添加剂提供参考。试验将160头28日龄、初始体重(8.56±0.43)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别补充0.05%、0.10%、0.15%的苜蓿多糖(纯度≥50%)。预饲期5 d,正试期28 d。结果 :与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重(ADG)显著上升(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著下降(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)与血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组空肠黏膜Occludin、ZO-1、MUC2 mRNA表达均显著上调(P<0.05),且以试验Ⅱ组表达最高。结论 :日粮中补充苜蓿多糖可提高断奶仔猪生长性能,增强免疫功能,改善肠道屏障。添加量以0.10%为宜。
Objective:This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different doses of alfalfa polysaccharides(APS)on growth performance,serum immunoglobulin levels,and the expression of key intestinal barrier genes in weaned piglets,so as to provide a reference for its application as a green feed additive.Methods:A total of 160 weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,28 days old)with an initial body weight of 8.56±0.43 kg were randomly assigned to four groups,with four replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,and 0.15%APS(purity≥50%),respectively.The trial included a 5-day adaptation period and a 28-day formal experiment.Results:Compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)significantly decreased(P<0.05)in groupsⅡandⅢ.Serum IgG and IgA concentrations in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of Occludin,ZO-1,and MUC2 in the jejunal mucosa were significantly up-regulated in all APSsupplemented groups(P<0.05),with the highest expression observed in groupⅡ.Conclusion:Dietary supplementation with APS can effectively improve growth performance,enhance immune function,and strengthen the intestinal barrier in weaned piglets.Based on comprehensive benefits,the optimal supplementation level is 0.10%.
