公立医院行风精细化管理存在的问题及解决对策

摘要 医院行风建设是医院管理的重要内容,通过一系列管理措施,可有效改善医院内部工作环境,提升医务人员的素质,促进医院内部和谐发展,提高医院服务质量和患者满意度。医院行风建设已成为提升医疗服务质量和患者满意度的重要一环,不仅关系到医院的生存和发展,也是稳固和不断发展国家社会经济、政治的重要因素。本文阐述了高质量发展背景下医院行风精细化管理的现实意义,分析了医院行风建设普遍存在的问题,并从加强组织领导、完善制度建设、强化教育培训、深化监督评估、推进信息化建设、加强宣传引导等多个方面探讨医院行风建设的精细化管理策略,为持续提升医院的整体服务质量和效率,营造风清气正的医疗环境提供参考。 The establishment of professional conduct is a crucial component of hospital management.Through a series of management strategies,it is possible to significantly enhance the internal work environment and the professionalism of medical staff,thereby fostering harmonious internal development,and elevating both the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction.The establishment of hospital professional conduct has become a critical link in improving medical service quality and patient satisfaction.It is vital not only for the hospital’s survival and growth but also as a key factor in the stable and ongoing development of the nation's socioeconomic and political stability.This paper discusses the real-world significance of refining the management of professional conduct in hospitals under the context of high-quality development.It addresses common issues encountered in the establishment of professional conduct and explores detailed management strategies through strengthening organizational leadership,improving institutional development,enhancing educational training,deepening supervision and assessment,advancing informational construction,and intensifying promotional guidance.These strategies provide reference for continuously improving the overall service quality and efficiency of hospitals,and creating a transparent and upright medical environment.
