摘要
中国传统医德具有非常丰富的内涵。"医乃仁术"不仅揭示了医学职业的本质,而且确定了传统医德的仁爱原则。医学职业精神有三个核心要素:专门知识和技术、行业自治和医学职业道德。医德只是构成医学职业精神的一个部分。在新医改的背景下,传统医德必须完成四个方面的变革。
Medical morality is medical professional ethics. There are a lot of meanings in traditional Chinese medical morality. Medicine as Humanity Art reveals the essence of medical profession and confirms the principle of benevolence of tradi- tional Chinese medical morality. There are three core elements in medical professionalism： expert knowledge and skills, self-regulation for medical profession and medical professionai ethics. Medical morality is only one part of medical professionalism. Traditional medical morality must be transformed into medical professionalism in four ways under the circumstances of the new turn of medical system reform.
