摘要
廉政风险防范管理是现代管理理念和科学管理方法在反腐倡廉工作中的运用,对解决高校反腐倡廉深层次问题意义重大。近年来,北京大学医学部进行了廉政风险防范管理的工作探索:教育先行,强化"三种意识";立足职能,查找"三类风险";严格管理,建立"四个机制"。实施廉政风险防范管理,应坚持制度创新原则、系统性原则、突出重点原则和把握关键原则。
The anti- corruption preventive management is a concept of modern scientific management with regard to the anti- corruption in universities. The Medical Department of Peking University has recently employed the mechanisms with great sucecess. Educational publicity of the three senses, three risks, and four mechanisms make up the effective preventive management.
