摘要
在新医改背景下,随着政府财政补贴减少、阳光采购等政策的落地,医务人员的收入越来越少,公立医院要提高竞争力就必须面对绩效改革的迫切要求。文章深入分析了激励理论的概念和具体内容,将绩效改革与激励理论相结合,从员工的内在需求出发,合理设置激励目标,重视分配的公平和透明,最大程度调动员工的积极性,实现工作效率和工作质量的双提高,最终实现现代医院建设和可持续发展。
In the context of the new medical reform,public hospital staff are facing declining incomesdue to the reduction of government financial subsidies and the implementation of policies such as sunshine procurement.To enhance their competitiveness,public hospitals must address the urgent demands of performance reform.This paper conducts a thorough analysis of the concept and specific content of incentive theory and applies it in performance reform.By considering the internal needs of employees,sets reasonable incentive targets,emphasizes the fairness and transparency of distribution,stimulates the enthusiasm of employees,both work efficiency and work quality can be improved,ultimately achieving sustainable development for the hospitals.
