摘要
目的了解云南省三甲医院专科护士的工作投入的现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取2024年1—2月云南省三级甲等医院ICU、急诊、手术室、血透及老年科的471名专科护士进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析、Person相关性分析及多元线性回归分析影响专科护士工作投入的因素。结果本次调查的云南省三甲医院ICU、急诊、手术室、血透、老年科5个科室471名专科护士中,工作投入总分为(135.00±19.96)分。不同性别、编制、科室、月均收入工作投入得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Person相关分析显示,分配公平感、程序公平感、薪酬公平感得分均与工作投入得分呈正相关。多元回归分析结果显示,性别、编制、科室、月均收入及薪酬公平感评分是5个科室专科护士工作投入水平的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论云南省三甲医院ICU、急诊、手术室、血透、老年科5个科室专科护士工作投入处于高水平,性别、编制、科室、月均收入及薪酬公平感评分均为上述科室专科护士工作投入水平的影响因素,临床管理中应采取针对性措施进行干预,以提升专科护士的工作投入水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of work engagement among specialized nurses in third-grade class A hospitals in Yunnan Province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 471 specialized nurses from the ICU,emergency department,operating room,hemodialysis department,and geriatrics department of third-grade class A hospitals in Yunnan Province from January to February 2024 for a questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis were applied to explore the factors influencing the work engagement of specialized nurses.Results Among the 471 specialized nurses from the 5 departments surveyed,the total score of work engagement was 135.00±19.96.There were statistically significant differences in the score of work engagement in different genders,positions,departments,average monthly incomes(all P<0.05).Person-related analysis shows that the scores of perceived distribution fairness,perceived procedural fairness,and perceived compensation fairness are all positively correlated with the scores of work engagement.Regression analysis showed that gender,staffing(employment status),department,average monthly income,and scores of pay fairness perception were influencing factors of work engagement level among specialized nurses in these 5 departments(all P<0.05).Conclusion Work engagement among specialized nurses in the 5 departments of third-grade class A hospitals in Yunnan Province was at a high level.Gender,staffing(employment status),department,average monthly income,and scores of pay fairness perception were all influencing factors of their work engagement level.Targeted measures should be taken in clinical management for intervention to improve the work engagement level of specialized nurses.
