摘要
目的构建河北省老年专科护士培养方案。方法通过文献查阅、专家会议,并组织17名老年领域医疗护理专家进行2轮德尔菲函询。结果两轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.941、0.950。肯德尔协调系数分别为0.279、0.325(P<0.05)。经2轮专家函询,专家意见基本达成一致;最终形成的培养方案包括课程部分4个方面,涵盖专业知识、实践技能、专业能力、职业素质,以及培养方式和考核方式2个部分。结论本研究构建的河北省老年专科护士培养方案,为老年专科护士规范化、标准化、同质化及全方位培养提供了理论参考。
Objective To construct a training program for elderly specialized nurses in Hebei province.Methods We conducted literature review,expert meetings,and organized 17 elderly healthcare experts to conduct 2 rounds of Delphi correspondence.Results The recovery rates of both rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 100%,and the expert authority coeffi cients were 0.941 and 0.950,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients are 0.279 and 0.325,respectively(P<0.05).After two rounds of expert consultation,the expert opinions have basically reached consensus;the fi nal training plan includes four aspects of the curriculum,covering professional knowledge,practical skills,professional abilities,professional qualities,as well as two parts:training methods and assessment methods.Conclusion The training plan for elderly specialized nurses in Hebei Province constructed in this study provided a theoretical reference for the standardization,homogenization,and comprehensived training of elderly specialized nurses.
