摘要
目的:了解新入职护士的自我能力否定倾向(imposter phenomenon,IP)现状及影响因素,并分析相关因素的作用路径。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2024年3月选取郑州市3所三级甲等医院的379名新入职护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版Clance自我能力否定倾向量表(CIPS)、中文版Frost多维完美主义人格量表、心理困扰量表(K10)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对护士进行调查。结果:新入职护士中文版CIPS总分为(23.25±5.24)分。多因素分析结果显示,所在科室、月均收入、消极完美主义、心理困扰、领悟社会支持是新入职护士IP的影响因素(P<0.05)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,消极完美主义对IP具有直接效应(β=0.444);心理困扰在消极完美主义和IP间具有中介效应(β=0.266)。结论:新入职护士IP处于中等偏高水平,护理管理者应根据其影响因素制订管理方案,使新入职护士以更加积极的心态应对复杂多变的临床工作。
Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of imposter phenomenon(IP)in newly hired nurses and to analyze the path of related factors.Methods:A total of 379 newly hired nurses from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou city were selected as participants by convenience sampling in March 2024.Data of nures were collected by using a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale(CIPS),the Chinese version of the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale,the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results:The total score of Chinese version of CIPS of newly hired nurses was 23.25±5.24.Multivariate analysis showed that department,monthly income,negative perfectionism,psychological distress,and perceived social support were influencing factors of IP(P<0.05).Bootstrap testing showed that negative perfectionism had direct effect on IP(β=0.444).Psychological distress mediated the relationship between negative perfectionism and IP(β=0.266).Conclusions:The IP in newly hired nurses was at moderately high level.Nursing administrators should develop targeted management strategies based on influencing factors to help newly hired nurses adopt more positive mindset to cope with complex clinical works.
