摘要
目的 探索福建地区手术室护士核心能力现状及坚韧人格的相关性,为提升手术室护士核心能力提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取福建地区7所公立医院2023年5—12月的239名手术室护士为研究对象。统计手术室护士基本资料情况、手术室护士核心能力量表(core competency scale,CCS)、坚韧人格量表(resilience personality inventory, RPI)得分情况并对其进行手术室护士CCS得分单因素分析、手术室护士CCS与RPI的相关性分析、影响手术室护士核心能力的多因素分析。结果 此次发放问卷250份,有效问卷239份,回收率为95.60%,男性25名,女性214名。手术室护士CCS总得分为(142.28±22.34)分,处于中等水平,条目均分得分最高的维度为专业管理(3.42±0.57)分,最低为专业发展(2.66±0.57)分;RPI得分为(79.90±15.28)分,处于中等水平;不同性别、年龄、职称、工作年限、是否为专科、薪酬情况等对CCS得分影响,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术室护士CCS总分与RPI总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05),控制人口学变量之后,坚韧人格可解释手术室护士核心能力总变异量的14.6%。结论 福建地区手术室护士核心能力处于中等水平,坚韧人格对核心能力有重要影响,管理者应注重护士坚韧人格的培养,从而提高其核心能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of core competence of operating room nurses in Fujian province,and analyze the correlation between core competence and tenacious personality,so as to provide reference for improving core competence of operating room nurses.Methods Using convenience sampling method,a total of 239 operating room nurses from 7 public hospitals in Fujian region from May to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The basic data of operating room nurses,the scores of core competency scale(CCS)and resilience personality inventory(RPI)of operating room nurses were statistically analyzed,and the univariate analysis of CCS scores of operating room nurses,the correlation analysis between CCS and RPI of operating room nurses,and the multivariate analysis of influencing factors of core competencies of operating room nurses were carried out.Results A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed,with 239 valid questionnaires collected,yielding a response rate of 95.60%.Among the respondents,25 were male and 214 were female.The total score of CCS for operating room nurses was(142.28±22.34)points,at a medium level.The dimension with the highest item average score was professional management(3.42±0.57)points,and the lowest was professional development(2.66±0.57)points.The RPI score was(79.90±15.28)points,also at a medium level.Differences in gender,age,professional title,working years,whether being a specialist,salary status,etc.,had statistically significant impacts on CCS scores(P<0.05).The total CCS score of operating room nurses was positively correlated with the total RPI score and scores of each dimension(P<0.05).After controlling for demographic variables,resilient personality explained 14.6%of the total variance in core competency among operating room nurses.Conclusion The core competency of operating room nurses in Fujian Province is at a moderate level,with resilient personality demonstrating significant influence on core competency.Administrators should prioritize the cultivation of nurses'resilient personality to enhance their professional competence.
