国家中小学智慧教育平台下区域教师研修变革与教育均衡发展

The Transformation of Regional Teacher Training and the Balanced Development of Education on the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 文章以江苏省东台市数学教师读书班为例,实证研究国家中小学智慧教育平台下的区域教师研修变革与教育均衡发展。研究发现该平台应用模式多元创新,通过资源整合利用、线上线下融合研修及学习支持管理机制构建,有力支持教师教学实践改进、促进交流合作与专业成长。平台赋能显著影响教师专业成长,提升教学知识技能,转变教育理念思维,增强职业发展与自我效能感。同时,平台应用促进城区与乡镇教师资源共享及协同发展,缩小城乡教育差距,推动区域教育均衡优质发展。该案例作为典型在2024年12月全国师生信息素养提升实践活动(第二十八届教师活动)中现场交流,其创新性和推广价值获肯定,未来应进一步优化平台应用,推动教育发展与公平演进。 Based on the Mathematics Teachers'Reading Class in Dongtai City this paper carried an empirical study on the regional teacher training reform and educational balanced development on the National Primary and Secondary School Smart Education Platform.Findings showed that the application mode of the platform was diversified and full of innovations.Through the integration and utilization of resources,the integrated online and offline training,and with a learning support management mechanism,it effectively improved teachers'teaching practice,promoted communication and cooperation,and facilitated professional growth.The empowerment of the plaform had a significant impact on teachers'professional growth,improving their teaching knowledge and skills,transforming their educational concepts and thinking,and enhancing their sense of professional development and self-efficacy.At the same time,use of the plaform promoted the resource sharing and collaborative development of teachers in urban and rural areas,narrowed the educational gap between urban and rural areas,and drove the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.As a typical case,it was presented and discussed at the National Teachers'Information Literacy Enhancement and Practice Activity(the 28th Teachers'Activity)in December 2024,and its innovation and value of promotion were recognized.In the future,it was necessary to further optimize the application of the platform to promote educational development and the evolution of fairness.
