摘要 食品安全是重大的民生问题,关系民众的身体健康和生命安全,也关乎社会稳定与经济发展。本文聚焦食品安全风险监测领域的数据偏差问题,剖析其在数据采集、传输、分析等环节的具体表现及产生原因,揭示数据偏差对食品安全监管决策、风险预警及公众健康的不良影响,从技术改进、制度完善、人员管理等多个维度提出系统性应对措施,旨在提高食品安全风险监测数据的准确性与可靠性,为保障食品安全提供科学依据与实践指导。 Food safety is a major livelihood issue that concerns the physical health and safety of the people,as well as social stability and economic development.This article focuses on the issue of data bias in thefield of food safety risk monitoring,analyzing its specific manifestations and causes in data collection,transmission,and analysis,and revealing the adverse effects of data bias on food safety regulatory decision-making,risk warning,and public health.At the same time,systematic response measures are proposed from multiple dimensions such as technological improvement,institutional improvement,and personnel management,aiming to improve the accuracy and reliability of food safety risk monitoring data,and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for ensuring food safety.
