摘要
目的 分析总结15年来我国食品安全风险监测研究现状、热点、演化路径及前沿。方法 检索中国知网、维普资讯、万方数据中2010—2024年收录的与食品安全风险监测相关的北大核心中文文献,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1对机构、作者和关键词等节点进行可视化分析。结果 食品安全风险监测年度发文量呈现“升-降”波浪式的趋势;研究的热点集中于监测结果的呈现;研究前沿随着监测内容优化调整而呈现阶段化发展态势,研究领域相对集中;研究机构多集中于疾病预防控制机构。结论 食品安全风险监测热点及前沿主要集中于监测计划设定的内容和领域,疾病预防控制机构是研究的主体单位。今后要侧重于新领域的拓展、新方法的应用、危害因子风险累积效应的研究;强化监测主管部门间的合作,推进信息共享、交流互通以及监测监督的联动;进一步提升食品安全风险监测的作用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the research status,hotspots,evolutionary paths and frontiers of food safety risk monitoring in China over the past 15 years.Methods A systematic literature search was conducted across 3 major Chinese academic databases(CNKI,VIP Information,and Wanfang Data)to identify core of Chinese journal articles related to food safety risk surveillance published during 2010 and 2024.It was CiteSpace 6.3.R1 that was used to conduct visual analysis on nodes such as institutions,authors,and keywords.Results The annual number of publications on food safety risk monitoring showed a“rise-fall”wave-like trend.The research hotspots were primarily concentrated on the presentation of surveillance results,and the research frontier exhibited a phased development pattern in alignment with the continuous optimization and refinement of surveillance content.The research fileds were relatively concentrated,which most studies conducted by disease prevention and control institutions.Conclusion The hotspots and frontiers of food safety risk monitoring are primarily focused on the content and areas defined by the monitoring plans.Disease prevention and control institutions are the main research departments.In the future,the research direction of food safety risk monitoring should be focus on expanding into new fields,applying innovative methodologies,and researching the cumulative risk effects of hazard factors.It is also essential to strengthen collaboration among regulatory authorities,promote information sharing and communication,and enhance coordinated monitoring and supervision,which purpose is to further enhance the role of food safety risk monitoring.
