摘要
随着数字技术的快速发展和社交媒体的普及应用,“00后”“05后”大学生的信息获取方式、社交习惯和价值观念都发生了深刻变化。本文聚焦新媒体环境下高校辅导员网络育人工作的范式转型,分析了从“长辈规训”到“朋辈对话”的转向趋势:新媒体推动师生关系走向平等引导、交流趋于双向互动、内容贴近真实关切、共同参与过程建构。基于此,提出了“朋辈对话”导向下的网络育人新机制,并从培养辅导员“双重素养”、运用大数据技术、建立制度保障等方面提出实践进路。
With the rapid development of digital technology and the widespread use of social media,college students born after 2000 and 2005 have undergone profound changes in the information acquisition methods,social habits,and values.This article focuses on the paradigm shift of college counselors’online education in the new media environment,analyzing the turning trend from“elders’discipline”to“peer dialogue”:the new media promotes equal guidance in the teacher-student relationship,the communication tends to two-way interaction,the content is close to real concerns,and the process construction is jointly participated by teachers and students.Based on this,a new mechanism for online education guided by“peer dialogue”has been proposed,and practical approaches have been put forward from the aspects of cultivating counselors’“dual literacy”,utilizing big data technology,and establishing institutional guarantees.
