摘要
林浆纸绿色闭环式供应链的打造是双碳视角下造纸产业低碳式发展的重要举措。为提升未来我国造纸产业林浆纸绿色供应链的运行水平,基于双碳视角对林浆纸绿色供应链的基本架构、权益分配现状及存在问题等进行了详细分析,以现存问题为突破口对造纸产业林浆纸绿色供应链的权益分配优化模型进行了搭建,搭建完成后的模型以政府政策为出发点,对林浆纸绿色供应链各主体形成的碳配额、补贴、资金流、碳汇、碳积分等进行了更为合理的分配。
The establishment of a green closed-loop supply chain for forestry,pulp and paper is an important measure for the lowcarbon development of the papermaking industry from the perspective of dual carbon.To enhance the operational level of the forestpulp-paper green supply chain in China's papermaking industry in the future,a detailed analysis was conducted on the basic framework,current status of rights distribution and existing problems of the forest-pulp-paper green supply chain from the perspective of dual carbon.Taking the existing problems as the breakthrough point,an optimization model for rights distribution of the forest-pulp-paper green supply chain in the papermaking industry was established.The completed model takes government policies as the starting point and makes a more reasonable allocation of carbon quotas,subsidies,capital flows,carbon sinks,carbon credits,etc.formed by each entity in the green supply chain of forestry,pulp and paper.
