摘要
为实现高速卫生纸机生产工艺的智能化转型升级,以工业物联网(IIoT)、大数据分析和智能控制技术等为核心搭建了一种智能化数字控制平台。该平台包括基础层、平台层、应用层三层结构。核心功能模块则包括自适应控制系统、预测性维护系统、质量闭环控制等。对该平台在高速卫生纸机生产工艺智能化转型方面的应用价值进行了案例分析,认为该平台可以有助于提升高速卫生纸机生产效率,降低产品不合格率,减少生产线的能源消耗等。
In order to realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the production process of high-speed sanitary paper machine,an intelligent digital control platform is built with the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT),big data analysis and intelligent control technology as the core,which includes the base layer,platform layer and application layer,and the core functional module includes adaptive control system,predictive maintenance system and quality closed-loop control.The application value of the platform in the intelligent transformation of the production process of high-speed sanitary paper machine is analyzed.It is considered that the platform can help to improve the production efficiency of high-speed sanitary paper machine,reduce the unqualified rate of products,and reduce the energy consumption of the production line.
