摘要
在“双碳”目标与产业绿色转型的背景下,造纸产业正面临能耗高、排放大以及资源利用效率不足等突出矛盾。基于此,从集群化发展的产业格局出发,构建了造纸产业的多能互补调度模型,系统分析了电力、蒸汽、余热与可再生能源的协同机制。研究提出了基于混合整数线性规划(MILP)的优化框架,并在典型造纸企业集群中进行了算例验证。结果表明,多能互补能够显著提升能源利用率、降低碳排放,并增强系统运行的经济性和韧性,为造纸产业的绿色低碳转型与集群化发展提供理论支撑和实践路径。
Against the backdrop of the"dual carbon"goals and the green transformation of industries,the papermaking industry is confronted with prominent contradictions such as high energy consumption,large emissions,and insufficient resource utilization efficiency.Starting from the industrial pattern of cluster development,this paper constructs a multi-energy complementary dispatching model for the papermaking industry and systematically analyzes the collaborative mechanism of electricity,steam,waste heat and renewable energy.The research proposes an optimization framework based on mixed integer linear programming(MILP),and conducts case verification in a typical papermaking enterprise cluster.The results show that multi-energy complementarity can significantly improve energy utilization efficiency,reduce carbon emissions,and enhance the economic efficiency and resilience of system operation.This article provides theoretical support and practical paths for the green and low-carbon transformation and cluster development of the papermaking industry.
