摘要
山区乡村振兴产业学院是山区高职院校深化产教融合、精准对接山区产业发展需求、助力山区共同富裕的重要载体。由于受山区地域特征、产业基础及制度环境的制约,山区乡村振兴产业学院在建设过程中面临主体协同机制缺位、产业集聚水平不高、人才供需结构性失衡等三重困境。以丽水职业技术学院阿里巴巴橙点乡村振兴产业学院为例,提出山区乡村振兴产业学院四方协同、集群发展、“四链”融通的实践路径,构建了多元融合的山区乡村振兴产业学院新模式。
Mountain Area Rural Revitalization Industry Colleges are important carriers for mountain area higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education,accurately meet the development needs of mountain area industries,and assist in the common prosperity of mountain areas.However,restricted by the geographical characteristics,industrial foundation and institutional environment of mountain areas,these colleges face three dilemmas in the construction process:the lack of a subject coordination mechanism,insufficient industrial agglomeration level,and structural imbalance between talent supply and demand.Taking the practice of Alibaba Chengdian Rural Revitalization Industry College of Lishui Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper proposes the practical paths for Mountain Area Rural Revitalization Industry Colleges,namely four-party coordination,cluster development,and integration of“four chains”,and constructs a new diversified integration model of Mountain Area Rural Revitalization Industry Colleges.
