摘要
职业教育在赋能共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展方面,发挥着基础性、先导性作用,理论界锚定职业教育赋能共同富裕研究议题展开了多维探究且取得了丰硕的研究成果。综合应用Cooc和Vosviewer可视化工具对选取中国知网数据库中的150篇核心期刊论文绘制知识图谱后发现,职业教育赋能共同富裕研究可大致划分为初步探索、蓬勃扩张两个阶段;该研究领域尚未形成广泛且紧密的作者合作网络群,发文机构以本科院校为主且相对集中,载文期刊分布在职业教育类、教育学类及教育综合类等刊物,共形成3个聚类;劳动力转移的“减贫效应”、深化产教融合的“创新驱动效应”及突出技能传授的“人力资本效应”是该研究领域的热点主题。研究内容不断拓展与深化,理论基础科学化、多元化,问题切入研究视角精细化、具象化,研究方法综合化、前沿化,体现了职业教育赋能共同富裕研究的整体演进态势。最后,分别从强化理论体系建构、创新人才培养模式和注重政策协同研究等方面提出了研究展望。
Vocational education plays a fundamental and leading role in achieving more significant substantive progress in empowering common prosperity.The theoretical community has conducted multidimensional exploration and achieved fruitful research results by anchoring research topics on vocational education empowering common prosperity.After using Cooc and Vosviewer visualization tools to draw a knowledge spectrum of 150 core journal articles selected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,it was found that the research on vocational education empowering common prosperity can be roughly divided into two stages:initial exploration and vigorous expansion.This research field has not yet formed a wide and close network of author cooperation,and the publishing institutions are mainly undergraduate institutions and relatively concentrated.The publishing journals are distributed in vocational education,education,and education comprehensive journals,forming three clusters.The“poverty reduction effect”of labor transfer,the“innovation driven effect”of deepening industry-education integration,and the“human capital effect”of highlighting skill teaching are the hot topics in this research field.The continuous expansion and deepening of research content,scientific and diversified theoretical foundations,refined and concrete research perspectives for problem solving,and comprehensive and cutting-edge research methods reflect the overall evolution trend of vocational education empowering common prosperity research.Finally,research prospects are proposed from the aspects of strengthening theoretical system construction,innovating talent training models,and emphasizing policy coordination research.
