摘要
作为长学制人才培养的有效实现方式,区域中高职一体化人才培养立足于区域产业,反映了在产业与教育高质量发展的背景下,职业教育在人才培养范式方面发生的一次深刻转向。区域中高职一体化人才培养的理念根植于系统科学思维观和技能成长规律,是长学制人才培养实践的赓续,旨在破解中高职一体化人才培养的难题。区域中高职一体化人才培养的核心要义主要体现在四个方面,即立足于县域,中高职有效衔接,面向产业发展,多主体共生。在致力于职业教育高质量发展的新时期,需要注重专业与区域产业精准对接,激发行业企业参与的积极性,加强县域产业学院建设,制定一体化培养标准,建设一体化的师资队伍,以切实有效推进区域中高职一体化人才培养,培养高素质技术技能型人才。
As an effective way to long-cycle talent training,the integrated talent training of regional secondary and higher vocational education is based on the regional industries,which reflects a profound shift in the talent training paradigm of vocational education under the background of high-quality development of both industry and education.The concept of integrated talent training in regional secondary and higher vocational education is rooted in the concept of systematic scientific thinking and the laws of skill growth.It is the continuation of the practice of long-term talent training,aiming to solve the challenges of integrated talent training in secondary and higher vocational education.The core principles of the integrated talent training of regional secondary and higher vocational education are mainly in four aspects:based in the county-level regions;effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education;oriented to industrial development;and multi-subject symbiosis.In the new era of high-quality development of vocational education,it is necessary to focus on the precise connection between specialty and regional industry,stimulate active participation from industry and enterprises,strengthen the construction of county-level industrial colleges,formulate integrated training standards,and build an integrated teaching staff,so as to effectively promote the integrated talent training of regional secondary and higher vocational education,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.
