摘要
随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的发展,新质生产力已成为赋能经济高质量发展提升的关键所在。基于2010-2022年湖北省12个城市面板数据,探讨新质生产力对湖北省经济高质量发展的影响及其作用机制,实证分析产业集聚和产业结构升级的中介效应,研究发现:新质生产力能够显著促进湖北省经济高质量发展,其五个子维度中,创新维度受到的促进作用最明显,且该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;机制检验表明,提高产业集聚水平和产业结构升级是新质生产力赋能湖北省经济高质量发展提升的重要渠道。基于此,从因地制宜发展新质生产力、坚持科技创新引领发展、充分发挥产业集聚效应和推动产业结构优化升级四个方面为提升湖北省经济高质量发展和助力中国经济高质量发展提供政策启示。
With the development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces have become the key to enabling high-quality economic development and upgrading.Based on the panel data of 12 cities in Hubei Province from 2010 to 2022,this paper explores the impact of new quality productive forces on the high-quality economic development of Hubei Province and its mechanism,and empirically analyzes the mediating effect of industrial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading.The mechanism test shows that improving the level of industrial agglomeration and upgrading the industrial structure is an important channel for new quality productive forces to empower the high-quality economic development and improvement of Hubei Province.Based on this,this paper provides policy inspiration for improving the high-quality economic development of Hubei Province and helping the high-quality economic development of China from four aspects:developing new productive forces according to local conditions,adhering to scientific and technological innovation to lead development,giving full play to the industrial agglomeration effect,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
