摘要
建设一流本科专业是推动高等教育发展,提高人才培养的关键政策。基础医学专业是医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学人才培养的关键部分。当前的医疗环境和行业的高速发展对基础医学人才的培养提出了更高要求。在基础医学人才培养的过程当中,毕业论文设计是重要环节,不仅提升学生的专业素养和综合能力,还为他们的职业生涯奠定了坚实的基础,对培养高素质医学人才具有非常重要的意义。文章主要探讨了以OBE教育理念为指导,对基础医学专业毕业论文设计的教学改革探索,以提高毕业论文设计质量,促进医学高等教育的全面发展。
The construction of first-class undergraduate programs is a pivotal policy to advance higher education and talent cultiva-tion.The specialty of basic medicine is a vital component of medical education and plays a critical role in the cultivation of medical professionals.The current medical environment and rapidly evolving healthcare industry have imposed higher requirements on the culti-vation of basic medical talents.Thesis design is a crucial link in the cultivation of basic medical talents and is of much significance in nurturing high-caliber medical professionals,because thesis design can elevate students’professional literacy and comprehensive abili-ties as well as lay a solid foundation for their future career.This article explores the OBE philosophy-guided teaching reform in thesis design in the specialty of basic medicine,aiming to improve the quality of thesis design and foster the holistic development of medical higher education.
