摘要
随着现代医学教育的发展,培养具有实践与创新能力的医学人才已成为医学高等教育的战略重点。科研反哺教学是培养创新人才的重要路径,深圳大学医学部教师通过理论课堂教学、创新实验教学和聚徒教学等多途径将科研反哺于毒理学教学,解决理论与实践脱钩的问题,也打破传统医学教育滞后于学科发展的困局。这对于培养学生良好的批判性思维,提升学生的实践和创新能力具有重要的意义。
With the development of modern medical education,the cultivation of medical talents with practical and innovative abilities has become a strategic priority in higher medical education,and scientific research back-feeding teaching can serve as a crucial approach to fostering innovative talents.The faculty members of Shenzhen University Medical School have implemented the strategy of research back-feeding teaching in the course of toxicology through multiple pathways,including theoretical classroom instruction,innovative experi-mental teaching,and disciple-gathering teaching.This approach addresses the disconnection between theory and practice,and it also overcomes the problem that traditional medical education system lags behind disciplinary advancements.Scientific research back-feeding teaching plays a significant role in cultivating students’critical thinking and enhancing their practical and innovative capabilities.
