摘要
随着医疗技术的发展,彩色超声诊断设备在临床诊断中应用愈发广泛。迈瑞M9CV彩色超声诊断仪作为高性能便携式设备,凭借出色的图像质量与先进诊断功能获临床认可,但使用中难免出现故障。首先详细阐述该设备的组成原理,包括由发射、接收、信号处理及显示系统构成的硬件系统,涵盖操作系统、诊断软件与图像处理软件的软件系统,以及单晶探头、宽频探头等特色探头技术和自适应滤波、空间复合成像等图像处理技术;接着分析其性能优势(如高分辨率成像、丰富诊断功能)与局限性(如采购成本高、操作需学习成本、易受金属植入物干扰);随后结合3个典型故障案例,深入剖析故障现象、排查过程与处理方案;最后提出故障预防与日常维护建议。研究成果可为临床医师与医疗设备维修人员提供参考,助力保障设备稳定运行与诊断精准度。
With the development of medical technology,color ultrasound diagnostic equipment has been increasingly widely used in clinical diagnosis.As a high-performance portable device,the Mindray M9CV color ultrasound diagnostic instrument has gained clinical recognition due to its excellent image quality and advanced diagnostic functions;however,malfunctions are inevitable during its use.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the composition principle of the device,including the hardware system composed of transmission,reception,signal processing,and display subsystems,the software system covering the operating system,diagnostic software,and image processing software,as well as characteristic probe technologies such as single-crystal probes and broadband probes,and image processing technologies like adaptive filtering and spatial compound imaging.Secondly,it analyzes the device’s performance advantages(e.g.,high-resolution imaging,rich diagnostic functions)and limitations(e.g.,high procurement cost,learning cost for operation,susceptibility to interference from metal implants).Subsequently,combined with 3 typical malfunction cases,it conducts an in-depth analysis of malfunction phenomena,troubleshooting processes,and handling solutions.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for malfunction prevention and daily maintenance.The research results can provide references for clinicians and medical equipment maintenance personnel,helping to ensure the stable operation of the device and the accuracy of diagnosis.
