摘要
过桥电力连接器承载动车组全列电力的贯通,出现故障时列车将无法正常运行,结合故障特性对某型号连接器的结构、选材、性能等方面进行剖析,提出合理的使用维护建议及优化策略,为此类过桥连接器的可靠运用和动车组的稳定运行提供技术支持。
The bridge electrical connector plays a critical role in maintaining continuous power transmission throughout the entire EMU.Any failure in this component can lead to operational disruptions.The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the connector's structure,material.selection,and performance characteristics based on its failure patterns,and proposes practical maintenance recommendations and optimization strategies,which provides technical support for the reliability of bridge connectors and stable operation of EMUs.
