摘要
结合翻车机安全制动器的主要结构和工作原理,系统梳理安全制动器在运行过程中出现的积煤、油温高、系统压力异常、动作缓慢等典型故障,并分析故障产生的根本原因,提出故障排除方法,为安全制动器类似故障处理提供参考。
Combined with the main structure and working principle of the safety brake of the car dumping machine,this paper systematically sorts out the typical faults such as coal accumulation,high oil temperature,abnormal system pressure,and slow action that occur during the operation of the safety brake,analyzes the root causes of the faults,and proposes the troubleshooting methods to provide reference for dealing with similar faults of the safety brake.
