摘要
血液是维持人体正常生理活动的重要物质,机体生理和病理的变化,会引起血液组成成分的改变。血细胞分析仪,是临床检验应用最为广泛的仪器之一,现代计算机技术的飞速发展,促使血细胞分析技术从三分群过渡到五分群,技术参考从二维空间发展到三维空间。其是通过对血细胞数量和异质性进行统计分析得到相应的参数,从而达到协助疾病诊断的目的。文章介绍了血细胞分析仪工作原理,及日常使用中常见的故障现象和诊断维修方法,以供参考。
Blood is an important substance for maintaining normal physiological activities in the human body.Changes in the body's physiology and pathology can cause alterations in the composition of blood.The blood cell analyzer is one of the most widely used instruments in clinical testing.The rapid development of modern computer technology has prompted the transition of blood cell analysis technology from three clusters to five clusters,and the technical reference has developed from two-dimensional space to threedimensional space.It is to obtain corresponding parameters through statistical analysis of the number and heterogeneity of blood cells,thereby achieving the purpose of assisting in disease diagnosis.This article will introduce the working principle of the blood cell analyzer,as well as the analysis,diagnosis and maintenance methods of common fault phenomena in daily use,for your reference.
