以创新创业训练为导向的口腔预防医学实验教学改革探索 被引量:1

Exploration of reform in preventive oral medicine experimental teaching oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship training

摘要 目的将大学生创新创业训练融入口腔预防医学实验教学中,优化口腔医学专业人才培养方式。方法2019年9—12月,选择合肥医科大学珠海校区参加口腔预防医学实验教学的2016级五年制口腔医学专业44名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为6个小组,每组7~8名学生。课题组按照大学生创新创业训练的要求,针对多级预防的各个环节等,对各小组进行课题设计、标书撰写、开题报告等口腔预防医学实验教学,课后采用问卷调查方式了解学生对于课程教学和指导教师的评价,以及参与科研工作的自我评价。结果100.0%(44/44)的学生认为本次教学改革提升了对于相关理论知识的掌握;88.6%(39/44)的学生认为提升了查阅文献和收集资料的能力;81.8%(36/44)的学生认为提升了自主学习的能力;70.5%(31/44)的学生认为提升了团队协作的能力。对于教学改革实施过程中出现某些不满意的原因,36.4%(16/44)的学生认为是时间紧张;27.3%(12/44)的学生认为是前期的科研训练不足。65.9%(29/44)的学生对于教师在科研工作中所提供的指导表示满意或比较满意;40.9%(18/44)的学生认为教师重视对学生科研能力的培养。结论以创新创业训练为导向的口腔预防医学实验教学改革,提高了口腔医学专业学生的创新能力和参与科研的积极性,培养了学生的科研创新意识。 Objective To integrate college students’innovation and entrepreneurship training into the experimental teaching of preventive oral medicine,and to optimize the training mode of talent for the specialty of stomatology.Methods From September to December 2019,44 students from the grade 2016 five-year program of stomatology in Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University,who participated in the experimental teaching of preventive oral medicine,were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into 6 groups,with 7-8 students per group.According to the requirements of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship training,targeting sequential phases of multilevel prevention,researchers conducted the experimental teaching of preventive oral medicine,such as topic design,proposal writing,and opening reports for each group.After class,a questionnaire survey was used to understand the students’evaluation of course teaching and teachers,as well as their self-evaluation of participation in scientific research work.Results There were 100.0%(44/44)of the students believing that the teaching reform improved their mastery of theoretical knowledge;88.6%(39/44)of the students believed it improved their ability to search for literature and collect data,81.8%(36/44)believed it improved their ability for self-learning;70.5%(31/44)believed it improved their ability for teamwork.Regarding dissatisfaction with the implementation process of the teaching reform,36.4%(16/44)of the students thought it was due to tight schedules;27.3%(12/44)thought it was due to insufficient early scientific research training.There were 65.9%(29/44)of the students satisfied or relatively satisfied with the teachers’guidance in scientific research work,and 40.9%(18/44)believed that teachers emphasized the cultivation of students’scientific research abilities.Conclusions The experimental teaching reform of preventive oral medicine oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship training improves the innovation ability of students majoring in stomatology and their enthusiasm for participating in scientific research,and cultivates students’awareness of scientific research innovation.
