摘要
目的本文旨在通过问卷调查的方式,了解全国49所开设口腔预防医学本科课程的院校在教学设置上的差异性,包括理论课和实验课的课时安排、考核方式等。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对全国49所具有口腔预防医学本科教学的院校进行了数据收集。问卷内容涵盖了课程的课时分配、教学方法、考核形式等多个方面。结果调查结果显示,各院校在口腔预防医学的教学安排上存在显著差异。授课学时分布在第二学年到第四学年,理论课和实验课的课时分配不均,其中理论课课时中位数20学时,实验课课时中位数16学时。60%以上的院校授课形式为中文为主辅以少量英语,且半数以上的院校采用部分英文试题中文回答的方式进行考核。结论通过对不同院校口腔预防医学教学设置的比较分析,取长补短,为进一步优化各院校口腔预防教学开展提供建议。
Objective This article aims to examine the differences in teaching arrangements among 49 universities nationwide that offer undergraduate courses in preventive dentistry,including the arrangement of theoretical and experimental courses and assessment methods.Methods A questionnaire was distributed to 49 dental institutions across the country to collect data on course hour allocation,teaching methods,and assessment forms.Results The survey results revealed considerable variation in the teaching arrangements for preventive dentistry across universities in China.Teaching hours were scheduled from the second to the fourth academic year,with an uneven distribution between theoretical and practical courses.The median number of hours for theoretical classes was 20,while that for practical sessions was 16.More than 60%of institutions delivered instruction and conducted assessments primarily in Chinese,with only limited use of English.Conclusion By comparing and analyzing the preventive dentistry teaching structures across different universities,it is possible to identify respective strengths and weaknesses,thereby providing a basis for targeted recommendations to further optimize and improve the implementation of preventive dentistry education in universities.
