摘要
目的:探讨实施教研教改对传染病学教学的影响和作用。方法:以2006级和2007级昆明医学院5年制本科学生,总人数为767人为研究对象。其中以2006级357人为对照组给予传统教学方法,2007级410人为实验组给予实施PBL/CBL组合教学模式,改良多媒体课件教学,开通传染病精品课程网等教研教改项目。以期末考试成绩作为评价方法,对两组学生的考试成绩进行统计学处理。结果:实验组的期末考试成绩包括名词解释、选择题和案例分析等均较对照组显著提高。结论:经教研教改后传染病学教学质量有明显的提升。
Aims:Reform of the implementation of teaching research and teaching of infectious diseases and the role.Methods: In 2006 and 2007 Kunming Medical College 5-year undergraduate students,the total number of 767 human subjects.Among them,2 006 357 as control group received traditional teaching methods,2 007 410 as the experimental group to the implementation of PBL/ CBL combination of teaching,improving the teaching of multimedia courseware,open networks such as teaching quality course of infectious diseases research program of educational reform.To final examination results as an evaluation method,test scores,both groups were analyzed statistically.Results: Experimental group of final examination results,including interpretation of terminology,multiple-choice questions and case analysis,a significant increase compared with the control group.Conclusions: After the reform of infectious diseases through research and teaching quality have improved significantly.
