摘要
地方应用型本科高校为区域经济社会发展培养高素质应用型人才有其历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。历史逻辑表明,地方应用型本科高校人才培养模式的演变是高等教育与社会需求动态适配的结果,经历了从“学术导向”到“应用转向”的政策驱动、产业升级与人才结构失衡的倒逼以及地方高校差异化发展的内生需求等阶段。理论逻辑基于党的创新理论、高等教育分类理论、能力本位教育与产教融合理论、系统论视角下的动态适配模型,为人才培养提供了多学科视角的学理支撑。实践逻辑聚焦于构建“需求导向—要素重构—质量保障”的闭环培养路径,通过精准定位、要素优化和质量监控,实现人才培养与区域需求的深度对接。三重逻辑的辩证统一为地方应用型本科高校提高人才培养针对性、适配性、实效性提供了理论依据与实践指南,有利于高校高质量发展。
Local application-oriented undergraduate universities cultivating high-quality professionals for regional development have historical,theoretical,and practical rationales.Historically,the evolution of their talent cultivation models stems from dynamic alignment between higher education and societal demands,experiencing policy-driven academic-to-application transition,industrial upgrading with talent imbalances compelling change,and endogenous demands for institutional differentiation.Theoretically,multidisciplinary foundations—including the Party’s innovation theories,higher education typology,competency-based education,industry-academia integration,and systems-theoretic dynamic alignment models—provide conceptual frameworks from a multidisciplinary perspective for talent cultivation.Practically,a closed-loop“demand-orientation-element-restructuring-quality-assurance”pathway ensures in-depth alignment between talent cultivation and regional demands through targeted positioning,element optimization,and quality monitoring.The dialectical unity of these tripartite rationales provides theoretical-practical guidance for enhancing target-precision,demand-alignment,and effectiveness in talent cultivation for local application-oriented undergraduate universities,advancing institutional high-quality development.
