羟基聚酰胺齐聚物对聚碳酸酯聚氨酯相结构及力学性能的影响

The Effect of Hydroxyl⁃terminated Polyamide Oligomers on the Phase Structure and Mechanical Properties of Polycarbonate⁃based Polyurethanes

摘要 以聚(六亚甲基碳酸酯)二醇、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇为原料合成了聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯(PCU),并以溶液共混形式将少量羟基封端聚酰胺齐聚物(HPA6)引入到PCU中,研究了不同含量HPA6对PCU相结构以及力学性能的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和耗散粒子动力学模拟(DPD)等实验结果证明,HPA6会促进PCU的微相分离;力学性能测试也表明HPA6会抑制材料在37℃干态与湿态下的软化,PCU的回弹性能随着HPA6的含量增加呈现出先提升后下降的趋势。 Polycarbonate⁃based polyurethane(PCU)was synthesized from poly(hexamethylene carbonate)diol,dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4⁃butanediol.A small amount of hydroxyl⁃terminated polyamide oligomers(HPA6)were introduced into PCU by solution blending.The effects of different HPA6 contents on the phase structure and mechanical properties of PCU were investigated.The test results of FTIR,DSC and DPD simulation showed that HPA6 could promote the microphase separation in PCU.Mechanical property tests also showed that HPA6 inhibited the softening of PCU at 37℃in both dry and wet conditions,and the resilience properties of PCU was a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the content of HPA6.
