摘要
为了解机织物对不同撕破强力测试方法的适用性,对梯形法、舌形法和翼形法的范围、取值等进行了比对分析;以24个不同类型的织物为研究对象,比对了梯形法、舌形法和翼形法测定撕破强力的测试结果;对织物干态和湿态下的撕破强力进行了对比,对非织造布的撕破强力测试进行了尝试。在20个机织物样品中,绝大多数织物的撕破强力结果呈现梯形法最大、舌形法次之、翼形法最小的趋势。织物在湿态下的撕破强力数值呈现与干态几乎一致的趋势,同时大多数织物在湿态下呈现撕破强力减小的趋势,少部分织物在湿态后的撕破强力反而增大。最后对不同测试方法的撕破曲线、取值合理性及不同织物的适用性进行了分析总结。
In order to understand the applicability of different tear strength testing methods for woven fabrics,a comparative analysis was conducted on the range and values of trapezoidal method,tongue method,and wing method.24 different types of fabrics were used as research objects to compare the tear strength determined by trapezoidal method,tongue method,and wing method.Explored the tearing strength of fabrics in dry and wet states,and attempted to test the tearing strength of non-woven fabrics.Among the 20 woven fabric samples,the majority of the tear strength results showed a trend of the trapezoidal method being the highest,followed by the tongue method,and the wing method being the lowest.The tear strength of fabrics in wet state shows a trend almost consistent with that in dry state,while most fabrics show a decreasing trend in tear strength in wet state,and a small number of fabrics show an increasing trend in tear strength after wet state.Finally,an analysis and summary were conducted on the tear curves of different testing methods,the rationality of their values,and the applicability of different fabrics.
